If you want to exercise and at the same time take a walk, jog or run is the solution.

Jog and run are very good to our heath. Jogging and running reduce body fat, stregthen joints and bones, reduce body fat, reduce risk of hearth disease, improve lung function, stregthen immune system, enhace oxygen turnover, improve brain functions, reduce weight, strengthen muscles, release endophines and boost metabolism.

So hopefilly I inspired you to do more exercise.

The Involutery and Voluntery Ments

Today let's talk about voluntery movements and involuntery movements.

Let's start. The involuntery movements , are the movements that you can't control. For exemple, the heartbeats are a involuntery movements, because you can't control this movements.

And there are also the voluntery movements. When you move your arm, you are making a volutery movements.
